I write this note with a warmth in my heart.
I cannot be more grateful for Anna and her hard work over the past month.
Anna is a breath of fresh air, talented, determined and hard working.
Coming in on a project which was already in progress and forever changing, can be very challenging, however, she took great initiate to find her own unique role within.
With pre-existing project management and web design skills, Anna helped me to manage an extremely complex and urgent web design project whilst perfectly translating my vision and goals.
She provided constructive feedback, worked extremely well under pressure and used her communication skills perfectly.
Most importantly, she adapted and listened. As She took feedback on-board, i watched her grow and learn everyday.
Anna is tenacious and creative, an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her enough and really hope that we get to work together again soon.
Thank you again Anna.
BUILDING THE WEBSITE
With a request for it to be elegant, simple and aesthetically pleasing.
Using project management to create a better overview of rescaling and rebranding YogaUnion: An organization consisting of 3 times yoga teacher training retreats with 2 big venues in central Ubud, Bali.
IMPACT - EFFORT
Kinga was not just fine-tuning a yoga teacher training retreat that needed a couple more teacher training courses a year, she was managing staff, rewriting missionstatement, copywriting an entire website, making sure new website was made, managing finance, legal stuff, working visas for foreign employees, making data base, branding and making monthly newsletters. Therefore we used the Gameplan for Kinga to get a better overview of her workload and priorities.
Getting a clearer overview of the Yoga Union project from the Gameplan was one thing, but Kinga had so many specific tasks on her plate that needed to be executed.
One day when I was sparring with a teammate from T26, he introduced me to a to do list for more complex projects and ideas. I realized that this might be what Kinga needed.
RICEFIELD AND MANSION ACCOMODATION
The end result of working on making the accommodation of the teacher training retreat look more attractive and home like.
ONLINE ATTECHMENTS FOR UPCOMING STUDENTS
Creating a sense of home and giving a warm welcome to the students of the retreat was very important for YogaUnion. I realized that I was able to contribute to creating this sense of belonging through making the visuals of the first online “Hello!” to the new students joining the retreat through their online e-mail attachments.
